PROPOSING MEMBER - You must provide the below stated documents and ID digitally, once your application has been submitted. You will receive a secure dropbox request via email with instructions.
PROPOSING MEMBER - You must inform the applicant to complete the Acceptance of Club Rules form on the Club Rules page as a condition of membership, once you have submitted this application form
PROOF OF ID AND DOCUMENTS 1) Proof of applicants address copy of utility bill, council tax or similar in the (family?) name of the applicant 2) Photographic ID * Full face photo similar to passport signed/ on Reverse by proposer as true likeness 3) Club rules Signature of applicant confirming receipt and acceptance of the club rules as a condition of membership NOTES ​ The proposing member will be the only point of contact until such time as the new members application is approved by the committee. ​ Upon receipt of the online application, the secretary will add the name of application to the agenda for approval on the next committee meeting. This could take up to 8 weeks. ​ On approval by the committee the proposing member will be advised of the fees that the applicant needs to pay and for any outstanding documentation as requested above. ​ On receipt of the applicants fees etc, he will be advised by e-mail of a temporary pin number or passed an access fob which he can use to access the premises until he is registered on the new facial recognition system.
